Water, music, dance and art have something in common. When we dive into the water, we can feel the flowing and supporting element and experience its movements. When I look at a work of art or listen to a concert, I can feel deeply touched and connected. In an artistic creative process I forget time and entrust myself to my impulses and creative powers. A ‘flow’ state allows us to flow with the present life.
The water element and artistic forms of expression touch our inner creativity, bring us to life and make us feel connected.
Life means movement and change. Life is connection with myself, my thoughts and feelings, with the earth and other people, beings, plants, things and elements.
To be in the “flow” means to gain trust, to feel connection, to discover something new, to let go of things that we no longer need, to perceive movement and to allow change. Learning to entrust us with our own creative impulses.
I would be happy to accompany you on your journey to get to know and rediscover your own ‘flow’ state.
